Return & Refund Policy

At Al-Ayesh, we want you to have a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. If you receive a product that is eligible for return, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. It must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories, tags, manuals, and other items that were included with the order.

Non-Returnable Products

Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or modified by the customer are not eligible for return. Products returned without their original packaging or with missing accessories, components, tags, or included items may also be refused for return.

Return Request

Customers must contact Al-Ayesh within 7 days of receiving their order to request a return. Once the request is received, the returned product will be inspected to determine whether it meets the requirements of our return policy. A return will only be approved after the product has been inspected and found to be eligible.

Refund Process

Once an eligible returned product has been received and successfully inspected, we will process the refund according to the applicable return conditions. Refunds are generally processed within 2–5 business days after the return has been approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery. To help us review the issue quickly, customers may be required to provide clear photographs or videos of the product and its packaging.

After reviewing the provided information, Al-Ayesh will determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with our return policy.

Shipping for Returns

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an issue on our side. Return shipping arrangements will be communicated to the customer after the return request has been reviewed.
