Directions
1. Clean the foot surface and inside of the shoe before applying the detox foot pad. 2. Remove the adhesive protective layer from the pad and attach it to the sole of your foot, preferably at the arch area. 3. Wear the shoes with the attached pad for the recommended duration, usually overnight. 4. Discard the pad after use and replace it with a new one if using multiple days. 5. For cleaning, if the product packaging provides specific instructions, follow those. If not, gently wipe the pad with a damp cloth and let it dry completely before reusing or storing.
